The Campaign for Grade-Level Reading and the 150+ communities working with the Campaign are dedicated to narrowing the gap between children from low-income families and their more affluent peers.This video shows why the gap occurs and how we can close it.
Every Child Reads consists of three communities in Northeast Iowa: Dubuque County, Dyersville and Jackson County. Each community facilitates a network of individuals and organizations working together to ensure that all children read at grade level by the end of third grade.
